MTSI regards their Safety Program of the utmost importance to follow OSHA Regulations and Industry standards. Each Field employee carries at a minimum 1st Aid/ CPR/ Blood Born Pathogens, 10 Hour OSHA card (30 Hour OSHA for foreman) , RF Awareness Certification and Comtrain Tower Climbing and Rescue Certification and any additional training on machinery or tools that employee will be working with. Additionally, ESC Consultants have been hired to perform over 40 site safety audits per month and provide any additional training needed. MTSI cares about the well-being and safety of our employees and will not sacrifice safety for a deadline or any other reason.
