Distributed Antenna System (DAS)

MTSI maintains a full time staff of field technicians who are skilled and experienced with the installation of both active and passive DAS networks. Whether your venue is a multistory office building, hospital, airport, sports venue, or outdoor stadium, we have the expertise to install and test your DAS network with quality results.

MTSI’s field technicians have experience with:

  • +24/-48VDC power systems
  • Install antennas
  • Install and test coaxial cables using PIM equipment
  • Place or construct building/room, temporary and permanent
  • Installation of tappers, directional coupers, and splitters for passive DAS networks
  • Perform acceptance testing to ensure performance meets the carrier’s specification
  • Install and power Remote Units
  • Run fiber optic cable
  • Install and power RAN and DAS equipment
